“Absolutely HOPELESS company. Beautiful products when you can get them...they do dried roses...and guess what? They run out of roses! :) Not only= 1st present for a birthday= arrived over a week late (when we had said that the person will be on vacation). Second present never got there; we paid, we called several times, we emailed = no responses at all. We received automatic responses saying people will be in touch etc. HOPELESS do not buy from them. Eventually, heard nothing but at least the money was refunded! They should change job. Such a company has not right to exist.”
“I bought flowers for my Mom's 70th Birthday. I wanted to add a Card but their option did not work. So I emailed them two days ina row. Finally they answered the date after the flowers had been delivered. So NO card, NO customer service, NO interest in answering their customer contact form or emails. “Terrible customer service. I ordered 11-10 days in advance of Mother’s Day. They separated the orders and one arrived on time and one did not. The black roses were torn and smushed in the box. The box was dirty with color and dye stains. The styrofoam box shoved in the box and the roses were on a slant. I paid $200 for this... it was not worth it. It did not arrive on time and it was damaged . And Fleur de Paris NEVER responded!!!”

All I want to do is order the flowers - not agree to your long and confusing contract. It's ridiculous! If you go into a store to make a purchase they don't ask you to sign your life away. You need to stop doing that, and I still don't know if you are charging my card.

“Ordered 2 lots of flowers for Valentine’s Day and the most important item (personal card with the important words) was missing, called them up and they weren’t even interested other than we are sorry and that I could go to local shop to purchase one which is not the point, nothing was offered to rectify this other than that the lady would speak to manager and email us back, month later nothing ever received, poor customer service and seems like not interested in customers or further custom wouldn’t waste another £ very poor service received. Ordered for Valentines day 2019, as the sender I have no access to DHL to rearrange the delivery or suggest an after 4pm time slot. None of this was made clear.
As an Internet business you should agree with DHL that the buyer has access to the package. Its now 7 days passes since the delivery date and my loved one had no surprise as had to call DHL herself.
Could have been easily avoid if I was allowed to leave a note at time of purchase or if you had live chat. Then i would have known and ordered elsewhere.
Also unable to contact you its been 4 days since my email to you and no response. No option to speak to you either by phone which was my preferred option why not have a contact number on your website.
Very disappointed that in 2019 a company can be faceless. So much for German efficiency, will not be recommending or using again.
