I cannot give this product a 5 star review because I have been only using it for 7 days. I believe I have to give it more time to actually change my rating. All I can say is that my issues with stiffness have improved since I can feel the difference. As for the arthritis pain it is still there; yet the intensity has diminished. All in all I think or I hope it will end up working well for me.
