I have been using FlexoplexStore for about 5 mos. I started using as directed and got reasonable results, it seem to not continuing any improvement, so I cut down on the dosage to 2 per day. As time wore on knees slowly but noticeable started to get worse. I started back to the 4 per day and have seen improvement in my knees and walking some better. I will keep up this for another mo. Or 2 to see what happens.
