Although I'm having trouble consistently following the recommended times to take this supplement, after just one bottle I am already experiencing positive results! The test? We have a vacation home that we go to when we can and it has 3 flights of stairs. Usually after just 2 days my knees are really wanting me to take the elevator instead. This past weekend, I noticed on day 3 that my knees weren't bothering me NEAR like on previous occasions. I contribute that to using Flexoplex. Now I'm even more committed to taking it consistently. Good things (like more stairs!) are to come, I'm convinced!
