Worse experience, please do not use these are thieves. I booked ticket. They changed date which was not suitable for me and charged me £150. Then after one week they changed again and after one week again. And finally a day before my departure they cancelled flight and told me that they will not refund the changes fee. But they can refund original ticket after deduction of admin fee. What admin fee for giving people mentally stress. And now I received email stating that if the refund will approve you will get this back within 8-12 weeks. What the hell. This company should be banned. Please please don’t trust, trust pilot, fake reviews from owner.
