Avoid Completely!
I was ordering a ticket online. I called them and I said I want the ticket to be flexible.
They said if you order on the phone, it would be flexible!!
I said how much would be the charge if I cancel the ticket. The person on the phone said, £100-130.
Now I want to cancel they say only airport tax is refundable. I will never ever order a ticket from this company and would not recommend anyone to do so.
