Never using again even tho flight was cheap with virgin Atlantic. I had to cancel due to covid back in May charged me £250 for cancellation for 2 tickets Waiting 4 months for refund. Was Initailly told 14 weeks. I kp getting fobbed off evrytime by saying refund is in process and will take 20 days. I've had enough of there rubbisj
