Avoid this company. Very poor customer service. Took our money, not bothered to tell us that our flight had being cancelled. The airline informed us that we had not even being tickeded . They want to change us £23 per passenger for administration fees and the refund will take up to 4-6 weeks. Please don’t use this company.
