Bunch of criminals and thieves. Took my moneys I called to cancel before flight was due. They refused to refund even though airlines refunded full amount. They are telling me they didn’t receive any refund. I went to the concerned airlines office they assured me 100% refund was issued to the them. To safeguard the person was not able to get a confirmation as it’s against the policy to deal with customer who have gone through agencies.
The customer service is very rude. Well trained to steal your money.
