Horrible company. I booked and paid a full ticket only to find out that they changed my return schedule, making it extremely inconvenient for me(costed me 6 hours of layover plus 15 hours journey instead of the original 9 hours). Additionally they missed to pay the airline some sort of “tax” and I was on a waitlist. After a meltdown at the staff, the manager “sorted” things out and only then I was able to check in online. All of this less than 24 hours of my travel with zero notification.
DONT EVER PURCHASE FROM FLIGHTCATCHERS/ POLANI TRAVEL.
