Extremely unprofessional customer service. They deduct money even when the flight is canceled by the airline, which is completely out of your control. On top of that, they don’t allow you to change the dates freely. Their absurd policy of only allowing changes within a ±3 day window is useless when there are no available flights during that time. It would make much more sense if the rule applied to the next ±3 available flights instead.
