Booked a flight then decided to go the following week instead so booked another flight and cancelled the original flight, they have only gone and cancelled the wrong flight resulting in me having to buy more tickets at a cost of £673, it’s there mistake and I have it all on email and they have offered to compensate me £100 claiming to ‘meet me in the middle’ joke of a company, solicitor can deal with them
