I booked the return flight London-Jakarta but they didn't provide the information that there was no check-in baggage. Mostly, all the long-haul flight have check-in baggage. There was also no reminder or option to add check-in baggage when I wanted to check out. When I realized it, they asked me additional 135 GBP. At that time, I was considering it because it was too expensive for me. The next day, they said the additional checked-in baggage only can be arranged at the same date as purchase date. I am very disappointed. I have a lot things to bring. The customer service was also rude to me. Don't ever book flight from here. Dear flightcatchers, if you read this. Please help me as I really need the check-in baggage.
