My flights were cancelled (twice) and no one notified me either by phone nor email.
I had to speak to the after hours service desk and they were no help. Even though my flights were canceled by Cathay Pacific I had to pay a $300 cancellation fee through flight centre because I chose to go through a different airline!
Ridiculous service! Do NOT use these monkey’s!!
