“Booked what I was informed was an all inclusive holiday. Sent payment details, half board. I was told it had a water park at the hotel, it was a walk away, not a huge problem but it wasn't included in the price, it was 10euros per day for six of us for 10 days is expensive. After lots of back and forth FC paid for the WP only for the last three days and lots of time sending emails and speaking with reception when we were meant to enjoying our holiday
When we arrived our rooms were on floor 1 and floor 4, it wasn't even under one booking. We are a family of two adults and four children.
When we went to leave our transfer did not arrive which we had booked as a package through the flight Center, we had to pay 250 euros, I contacted the FC who said they will not refund the additional money until they had received it back from their supplier and they had 14 days to do this. This shocks me as I had already paid them. After waiting 16 days and lots of emails back and forth I called them to be told they had still not received the money from their supplier. Again I said I have paid and they finally agreed on day 16 to refund the money I'd additionally paid for the transfer.
They don't seem interested in helping when you
have a problem but are happy to hound you when they can only hold a certain price for a holiday for less than 24 hours! Would not use again or recommend.”

“The advice we received from Maggie at The Flight Centre was phenomenal while organising our around the world air tickets in February 2023. We were unsure how certain things worked and asked many questions, we never at any stage felt that we were asking silly questions and all the responses to our queries were answered very promptly and in full.
We experienced a hiccup due to illness while we were in Tahiti and she put our minds at rest from half way around the globe. I can not tell you how reassuring it was to have someone in your corner while you are bedridden in a foreign country. All issues were resolved.

“I booked and paid for a trip to NZ in April 2020. Flights were cancelled due to the pandemic, yet 2 years later I have had no refund from flight centre.
They are blaming the airline, but my contract is with them, and it was to them I paid my money. £1400 almost.”

I had to speak to the after hours service desk and they were no help. Even though my flights were canceled by Cathay Pacific I had to pay a $300 cancellation fee through flight centre because I chose to go through a different airline!

“I booked 6 flights for Bangkok and Bali back in December 2019 for July 2020. The amount was £6430 .These flight were cancelled due to the pandemic . I am still without any refund from the flight centre - they keep saying they have to wait for Thai Air to sort their restructuring out and pay them ! I have even in desperation asked can I have a voucher towards re booking , they declined this . Any one else having the same problem ?”

wash cancelled due to Covid-19 flying July 2019 I was told I would get my refund of £4276.00by September but no refund I’m told it’s with British Airways and I will get it when they send it to flight centre it’s now March 2020 and I have had no refund or response to my last email . “Book a return flight for my Mum last year October 28th 2019 booking ref: TQJTON paid cash £690.54 at there travel shop in Aberdeen. Flight was to go home for Xmas to spend time with the family. Mum couldn't go home anymore because she Pass away couple of day later when we bought the ticket. Went to there shop with my Mum's death certificate, the original travel summary ticket and Passport. The lady who was dealing with the situation said that I would get a full refund but it will take a couple of weeks. But then I have to travel to bring my mum's ashes back grant her last wish to be with the family on Xmas. After 2 months not heard anything from this people.. so emailed them and ask about the refund. They then change the story that I needed a solicitor to be able to get the refund. They never said anything about a solicitor when I went to there shop. I was so devastated when they said that to me. The airlines already refunded the money to them 3 weeks after I request for the refund. After numerous emails to them until now still no refunds receive. I won't stop until I get my full refund. This is not how you deal with people!”

“I am very disappointed with flight centre UK. In September 2019 I booked and paid for a family flight to Florida and New York over 12 days scheduled for July 2020.
I have sent 10 emails to flight centre since April 2020 and was informed in June 2020 that my refund is being processed. I have sent numerous email since June 2020 and only received an email today for the first time from Flight Centre Customer Relation UK to inform me that à Customer Relations representative will respond to my feedback when my review is complete, this could take up to 28 days.
Still no date when I can expect my refund.”
“I was left in Cambodia 8 weeks ago on my own, when I emailed to see if I could get an early flight home as lockdown looming in uk, I received am email to state I must appreciate that they were very busy, I emailed back stating they must appreciate I was a single lady 6000 miles(?) from home a little worried!!!! I am still waiting to hear, thankfully I was able to book my own flight home, and then I got notification from the airline that my flight was cancelled thankfully I had landed home 3 days earlier !! Flight Centre not aware and when I asked about refund for cancelled flight and 1/2 my holiday and hotel refund I was told I had to wait at least 12 Weeks, still waiting and they have the audacity to send me emails to book future holidays!!!! “Impossible to get refund to which we are entitled. Disgraceful and causing undue stress to customers. And they have the audacity to advertise holidays for 2021 when they’re not looking after customers who booked for 2020 and have had their holidays canceled.”
“Just got back from My holiday in Los Angeles. Stayed at the Queen Mary in Long Beach and travelled around LA by bus and Metro Train ($27 a week tap card). All organised by Georgie Pomfret at Deansgate Manchester. Can not thank her enough for the super organisation of the flights and hotel. Went into Flight Centre Wimbledon on Thursday and gave sales person my dates to travel Singapore/Perth//Auckland and back to UK via Singapore, and asked him to email flights and accommodation details to me. Sales person sent me email at end of same day saying he hadn't completed the task but would get back to me two days later as he was on leave the next day. When no reply received on Saturday I emailed again asking for information - no reply. I went ahead and booked my flights via Sky Scanner (Carlton Leisure) who were brilliant. It is now Tuesday and still no response received from Flight Centre Wimbledon. Great way to run a business:-)”
