“I booked our flights to Canada to see our son, told them we wanted luggage included which we paid for on all flights there and back we had a stopover in Toronto for a couple of days which was lovely, but once we went to Toronto to catch our flight to Vancouver, we were told we had to pay for our luggage, which we did, emailed Daisy whom I had booked this with, she told me they shouldn't of done that, send her the receipt and she would sort it out for me, get my money back and let me know.. Not heard a thing no email back or refund..Won't go back to them again, was lovely on the phone with booking and lots of info, basically pay for your holiday, and then they run..no customer loyalty”
