I have bought many items from FlightStore and I must say that they are normally super efficient at dispatching my order and well deserving of the 5 Star reviews that I have left in the past. However, on this occasion they were below par. As usual, my order was quickly acknowledged, but then it went quiet until several days later when I receive an email saying that they were waiting for stock to arrive - it wasn't clear, but I think that it was for only one of the 3 items that I had ordered. The Monday when stock was due to arrive came and went and it wasn't until the Friday that I was notified that my order was in the post. It then arrived very quickly, but after a total of almost 2 weeks from when I placed my order. On this occasion, I think that FlightStore could have done themselves a favour and dispatched those items that were in stock rather than waiting until all 3 items were ready. I still rate FlightStore as the best for pilot supplies in terms of range, price and service, but on tis occasion, they fell rather short of their normal standards, hence only 3 Stars this time.
