The order arrived promptly and your service was efficient. However, I have been very disappointed with the GenX scenery resolution, which seems at low level to be greatly inferior to Google Earth scenery. I have tried various config tweaks but so far without improvement. Will keep trying, but unless the resolution improves significantly, I fear I cannot recommend the product and will be reselling the DVDs
