Actually this was a good experience marred by one small but irritating issue. The good bit was that they responded well when the check list I wanted was out of stock and offered to send an alternative instead. All handled very well. The irritating bit was that when it arrived the small items (barely 100g) was accompanied by half a kilo of catalogue that I don't want (I ordered online...) and which probably doubled the postage cost that I had to pay. Obviously not a substantial extra cost, but the waste of paper (it's already in the recycling) and the probable (minor) extra cost is just unnecessary.
