It was quick and I received my book the next day. My only complaint would be that you included a catalogue which I didn't ask for which was twice the size of the book. This would have meant I had to pay more for postage which is already scandalous for Northern Ireland customers even though its part of the uk. I'm not sure if there was an option not to take a catalogue but if not there should be hence saving the customer money on postage.
