Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and happy to go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. I made a purchase from the web site late on a Friday and paid via PayPal, over the weekend the items went into the sale and the web site changed to reflect the new prices. Despite my order beIng processed on the Friday I received a refund into my PayPal account to reflect the new 'Monday Morning' price despite having placed my order prior to the sale starting...Great!
