The Brightline FLEX system is an excellent concept which is let down by poor quality materials. It started to fall to bits the moment I unpacked it and began zipping it together. It is not sturdy enough to survive assembly, let alone the purpose for which it is intended – which it is obviously not fit for.
Flight Store dispatched the goods quickly. Excellent service. However, they have not been responsive in the matter of resolving the after sales issue. A telephone call, followed by two emails has resulted in silence.
Not recommended.
