Recently ordered a TrackIR 5, came well within 42 hours along with two product , unfortunatly it was D.O.A but I was put in touch with tech support from naturalpoint within a few hours of sending an email, it was verified defective and a request for a replacement was sent, I posted it back the next day and I received a new and functioning unit today within a day and a half of me sending it back, along with a postage refund for me sending it back.
