Recently ordered a TrackIR unit, arrived super quick. Unfortunatly it was D.O.A, but I was put through to NaturalPoints tech support and it was verified defective and a replacement request was sent within a few hours of me sending an email. I posted it back and received the replacement today along with a postage refund, a day and half later. Slowest part of the process was me answering my emails and taking it to the post office. Great service, great product, good price, couldnt ask for more. Thank you.
