Scammers - flight cancelled and refused to refund even though the airline paid flight trotters the full refund. Credit card booked on will not refund because flight trotters have it but refuse to pay back. Also increased price of the flight after it was booked. Really avoid at all costs. Next steps will be small courts, social media and BBC Watchdog!
