The employee said at the beginning that no possibility to cancel, it's the terms and conditions
So the terms and conditions of Flight Trotters are higher than the operator with 24h cancellation
At the end the employee said that I can cancel with 100$/person, so 400$ for 4
Flight Trotters stole the customer by selling something they don't have and they don't allow to cancel without fees

“Attention!!!! Never, never book air tickets with this company. I booked a flight with them and I didn't receive a confirmation email. When I made the booking, I took a screenshot of the confirmation. Few hours later, I received a phone call from them asking me to pay extra £242 for my baggage. But on booking confirmation, it says "baggage included per adult".
I emailed them the screenshot and request cancellation. The person who called was very rude and they wanted me to pay cancellation fee.”
“Be careful, this is a fraudulent company. I bought a round trip ticket from them for $932 and I received the confirmation in my email (I have proof if they do it). The same day, one of their employees named Frank contacted me to tell me no, your ticket is $1,385.49 and that I am forced to buy it at this price. I asked him to cancel my reservation and he told me that it is impossible!!! They wanted to sell me the fore bike and it cost almost double the price displayed on their site. “Scammers - flight cancelled and refused to refund even though the airline paid flight trotters the full refund. Credit card booked on will not refund because flight trotters have it but refuse to pay back. Also increased price of the flight after it was booked. Really avoid at all costs. Next steps will be small courts, social media and BBC Watchdog!”
“Following a bad experience with Flighttrotters, I inform and advise all travelers not to do business with them: they are scammers and thieves. It shows you the lowest prices on the Jetcost website and when you make a purchase, you will not receive a ticket confirmation.
However, you will receive a phone call to inform you that the prices have changed to charge you a minimum of $400 per ticket.
If you don't accept, they will tell you that you cannot cancel, because these are basic tickets. If you insist on cancellation, they will charge you a penalty of $120 per ticket.”

After visiting their website, they kept sending me emails saying it's too urgent to book with them on the phone.... as well as calls and texts from them. it's too insistent. “This company is a scam !! They advertise cheap flight and then they call you to say the seat are not available they have to switch you to upper class and pay 800$ more. If you cancel you will assume a 155$ fee per passenger. Which is state at 50$ on their T&C.
They then send you a volontary cancellation email and ask you to reply to this email.
Be aware! We call our credit card compagny and end up cancelling it. Fraud fraud fraud.”
