This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Flipkart because we ordered a AC but soon it broke down, so we called customer service they said it would be fixed within 48 hours so we waited but when the time was up they said that they would send a person to fix it, so we waited we waited about 3 days still nothing so we called again and they said they would send someone within 48 hours they keep saying this at least for 10 or 20 days so the we asked if we could get someone else to fix it and they denied it we were frustrated they also provided us with the number for the person that was going to fix it, so we called him about 10-20 times but he didn’t answer
