I order one product that cost me near to 6000 and I have order on 29 april 2026 ..
After waiting for one wk I got one msg that ur product is no gonna deliver bcz of technical issue in where house then i initiated for refund still waited for one more wk the I call CX care for cancellation ...and I order same product once again from Flipkart now I have two products recv and all of sudden when I see it's same product not even I touch to the product I put it like that and ask agent to take this but he told me out return request they will take I told him as well its not in return status kind of product...”
“I placed an order for an AC on 18th April, but as of today (1st May), the installation has still not been completed. I have not been given any confirmed date for when the installation will take place.
When I requested a return, I was informed that there is no option available from their side to accept returns. This is very disappointing, especially considering the delay and lack of proper support.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing electronic items from Flipkart. Their policies regarding returns and damaged products are not customer-friendly, and the overall service quality has been unsatisfactory.”

I’ve already contacted support multiple times via calls, chat, and grievance team—please don’t ask me to contact helpdesk again. I ordered a washing machine on 19 Apr (delivery 20 Apr). It was marked “Out for Delivery” but never delivered, with false “delivery failed” updates. The agent later refused delivery with false excuses and hinted at extra payment. Complaint filed with National Consumer Helpline. This is service failure and harassment.”

“I bought a product and it was defective and it was also old (sold as new) as the newly downloaded product app already had a previous owner. On phone they tried to troubleshoot and it did not resolve. On flipkart website, it is showing that 'Return Policy is valid till 29th" and today is 23rd. I received the product yesterday, 22nd and now they are saying they will not allow return, but only replace or repair, that also I have to take the stuff to a nearby service centre. Its unethical that they are selling damaged, refurbished product as new and refusing return. Ridiculously their app shows my issue is resolved. Will uninstall the flipkart app now as don't want to be cheated again.”

One should never order anything from Flipkart. When placing an order, a customer invariably checks the delivery date; they know exactly when to expect their delivery. I placed an order on March 15th, and the system indicated a delivery date of March 18th. However, yesterday—March 18th—the order was not delivered. I subsequently received a message from their own system stating that the delivery would take place tomorrow—March 19th—meaning today. I am still waiting. I have sent messages and made calls to customer care, but no one is willing to take responsibility or explain what went wrong, why it happened, or whether the order will actually arrive today. All they say is that they will "make an attempt tomorrow" or that it "will arrive tomorrow." In all likelihood, tomorrow I will receive yet another message saying that my order won't arrive on Thursday, but on Friday instead. They have caused me nothing but frustration. These people are completely unprofessional.”
