on 8th Oct 2025 after the Big Billion Day. The same product price is Rs.20,999 with an HDFC Bank discount increased to Rs. 2000/-. product available todays rate is 19,000/

“I bought an iPhone 14 on Flipkart during a sale -- great offer, payment went through, order was confirmed. A few hours later, out of nowhere, it gets cancelled. No one cancelled it from my side. Flipkart simply shows: “Cancelled due to an unexpected error.”
So I call customer support-- and guess what they tell me? “It was cancelled due to an unexpected error.”
No sh*t, I can read that. That’s exactly why I’m calling -- to know what the hell the actual error was.
But of course, they had no idea. No explanation. No accountability. No help.
This is blatant bait-and-switch behaviour -- trap people with fake offers and then quietly cancel the order with some pathetic excuse. Total scam. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Never trusting Flipkart again.”
“This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Flipkart because we ordered a AC but soon it broke down, so we called customer service they said it would be fixed within 48 hours so we waited but when the time was up they said that they would send a person to fix it, so we waited we waited about 3 days still nothing so we called again and they said they would send someone within 48 hours they keep saying this at least for 10 or 20 days so the we asked if we could get someone else to fix it and they denied it we were frustrated they also provided us with the number for the person that was going to fix it, so we called him about 10-20 times but he didn’t answer”
“Flipkart doesnot have the efficiency of other e commerce sites. It has lot of problems with it its supply chain management. Having said that flipkart has some merchandise not found on other sites, so that makes it unique. Moreover competition with online sites with those found in shops, showrooms gives it some leverage to boost it sales without losing out on quality.”
