“Pathetic service, poor quality products.
We ordered 4 seater sofa, they delivered 3 seater in poor condition and then they did not accept return.
The customer care does not help as they only go by book and will just keep repeating same lines.
Do NOT buy anything from flipkart, it will be a waste of money , time and energy.”

“Please do not go through the rating in the company website. These are fake. Recently I had a pathetic and frustrating experience, when I bought a microwave. The delivery associate made me fool. He opened the box in front of me and covered the damage in such a way that I couldn’t recognise at the of delivery. After that I called them many times, they didn’t answer my phone most of the times or scolded me saying why I ordered that microwave. Every time they announced the problem is resolved. Please don’t trust Flipcart.”
“1.i have been more then 10 years using Flipkart Flipkart.
Sorry to say this is recent incidents.
1.brought rice _Sona masuri with high price.while cooking very next day could see warm on this.
2.Brought trademill.Pic was different when I got real product.Leg space very less .I wanted to refund.They changed immediately return policy stating replacement can do.
3.They show one price product and when you click link product rate is different.
4.Product quality is worst and return policy is again night mare.you have to rethink before but any product from Flipkart.
Customer care don't bother about customer.Difficult to connect them some time and your issue will never fixed.
Simply they say we can't help vendor don't accept returns.
Flipkart is no more trust worthy now.

“I ordered a new phone, google pixel 7a. As one of my friend is using the same and I liked that phone.
But after order, I got a phone which have heating issues, screen touch issue and getting hang multiple time.
It's obvious that flipkart gave the duplicate model instead of the original.
Even after calling to their call center, the issue is still unresolved.

“Mobile POCO C65, new phone within the return period of 10days. The battery is having an issue and even 100% charged it drastically drops the charging to 50% in few minutes. When I contacted them they are not responding properly and asking me to download another app and communicate and not even solve the issue yet.”

“मेरे द्वारा फ्लिपकार्ट से मोटोरोला टीवी 55 इंच खरीदी गई थी। जिसका इंटालेशन आज तक कंपनी द्वारा नहीं किया गया है। आज 12 दिन हो चुके है। कंपनी में कॉल करने पर बताया जाता है कि 24 अवर इंतजार कीजिए, ऐसा कहते कहते 12 दिन हो चुके है। और कंपनी द्वारा बताया जाता है की यदि आप सेल्फ प्रोडक्ट इंस्टॉल करते है तो आपकी वारंटी खत्म हो जाएगी। कंपनी के इंजीनियर प्रोडक्ट को इंस्टॉल करने का साफ मना कर देते है। कंपनी इंजीनियर के इस व्यवहार को टेक्निकल प्रोब्लम बताती है। और न ही कंपनी द्वारा प्रोडक्ट को रिटर्न लिया जा रहा है। इसीलिए में सभी से कहना चाहता हु की फ्लिपकार्ट सर्विस के मामले केवल बेवकूफ ही बनाता है। तो मेरा सुझाव है कि कोई भी फ्लिपकार्ट से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्रोडक्ट न खरीदे। जो मेरे साथ हुआ है वो आपके साथ न हो। फ्लिपकार्ड फ्रॉड है।”
“My aged parents are suffering because of Wakefit and Flipkart. The worst experience ever. They first cancel the order after the delivery date (>7 days). Then they ask you to reorder only to cancel again. The resolution this time is to order again, I order again the 3rd time and they cancel again. All this while the product is still in stock to purchase. Wasting 2 weeks waiting. They don't keep their promises. The seller Wakefit is a cheater, still selling products on Flipkart and Amazon and product is in stock even now. Even fk service can't promise me if they will deliver it this time.”
“I ordered Verena 803 Ink cartridge combo pack for Rs. 1550/- on 24-11-23 vide Order ID -OD429767241953494100 against payment through credit card. I took open delivery of the item on 2-12-2023. But my printer HP 1112 refused to accept the cartridges though the cartridges were stated to be compatible to HP 1112 printer. I contacted the CCS that very evening. I was told only replacement option is available, so the same was scheduled on 16-12-2023 along with pickup. On 3-12-2023, I received a call from 7314899150, offering refund as the same problem may crop up with the replaced items also. I agreed. Then on 4-12-2023, I got the status as replacement cancelled due to technical error. Again a replacement request was raised and scheduled on 16-12-2023. Again on 7-12-2023, I received a call from the same Flipkart number offering refund. Now, it is 22-12-2023, neither refund nor replacement has occurred, and during my last interaction with CCS I was told that now nothing is possible. I am just left with two useless cartridges now, though replacement/refund against successful pickup was to take place on 16-12-2023. So, this is what Flipkart has become these days. I am a Plus Premium member of Flipkart, by the way.”
