“Order ID: OD337347437523881100 I’ve already contacted support multiple times via calls, chat, and grievance team—please don’t ask me to contact helpdesk again. I ordered a washing machine on 19 Apr (delivery 20 Apr). It was marked “Out for Delivery” but never delivered, with false “delivery failed” updates. The agent later refused delivery with false excuses and hinted at extra payment. Complaint filed with National Consumer Helpline. This is service failure and harassment.”

“I ordered few grocery items. I did not get them on the scheduled date but it showed ' delivered' on flipkart website. When I contacted the Customer care, they told me to order again. There should be a system where Flipkart should contact the delivery boy and ask him why he entered ' delivered' without delivering the items.”

“I purchased an Aquaguard water purifier twice—first product was damaged on delivery, and the second one is defective (loud noise during installation). Now I am being forced to accept repair instead of refund. Both flipkart and Aquaguard denying to refund instead refund saying visit service centre and repair. But actually I paid for fully amount new one and non defective is Right”

“Very bad experience of purchase in Flipkart I'm a regular customer of flipkart today I had bad experience they refunded my amount to my gift card but how to redeem it.they told that gift number and pin card send it to your mail but I'm not received any mail regarding that . therefore It's difficult to purchase another product and also how can I redeem that particular amount Also they are showing too much procedure like go to your nearest axis Bank amt and set pin ... It's to much irritating Firstly twice I exchange my product,the product not at all good I'm regular customer of flipkart but today like facing much aa irritating thing..”

“I bought a product and it was defective and it was also old (sold as new) as the newly downloaded product app already had a previous owner. On phone they tried to troubleshoot and it did not resolve. On flipkart website, it is showing that 'Return Policy is valid till 29th" and today is 23rd. I received the product yesterday, 22nd and now they are saying they will not allow return, but only replace or repair, that also I have to take the stuff to a nearby service centre. Its unethical that they are selling damaged, refurbished product as new and refusing return. Ridiculously their app shows my issue is resolved. Will uninstall the flipkart app now as don't want to be cheated again.”

“0 star One should never order anything from Flipkart. When placing an order, a customer invariably checks the delivery date; they know exactly when to expect their delivery. I placed an order on March 15th, and the system indicated a delivery date of March 18th. However, yesterday—March 18th—the order was not delivered. I subsequently received a message from their own system stating that the delivery would take place tomorrow—March 19th—meaning today. I am still waiting. I have sent messages and made calls to customer care, but no one is willing to take responsibility or explain what went wrong, why it happened, or whether the order will actually arrive today. All they say is that they will "make an attempt tomorrow" or that it "will arrive tomorrow." In all likelihood, tomorrow I will receive yet another message saying that my order won't arrive on Thursday, but on Friday instead. They have caused me nothing but frustration. These people are completely unprofessional.”

“Worst experience I had ever with any online merchant site, I have purchased an AC from Flipkart but after 8 days no installation person approached and neither they are picking up my calls also every time I am lodging a complaint with flipkart they are repeatedly asking me to wait for 24 hrs. This kind of service I have never expected from Flipkart and they are simply making fool of customer. Zero customer satisfaction, zero customer support.”
