Hi had my daughters 6th birthday party at Flip Out Hounslow. It was the worse experience ever. Doors opened 15 min past 10am, my party host didn’t have the paperwork sorted which meant that all the children invited started 50 min later than agreed. My party host was incredibly rude, and at some point walked off shouting and using the F word in front of all the children. Our food arrived late and 6 children did not receive their food. There was no juice (which I paid for), no knife to cut the cake (which was promised). Overall I paid for 2 hours experience and the children only managed to play just over an hour. I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff is very young, not educated on customer experience, not helpful at all and incredibly rude! I wrote a complaint email with no response whatsoever. A total waste of money and a very sad experience to remember back
