Had such a horrible time at flip out , my daughter that is 1.22m was refused go on bumpy cars that she has been on so many times on before. The manager of Hounslow place with such a bad attitude took my daughter of the bumpy cars just because she is 5 made her cry…the Website clearly say children under 1.1M need an adult with them my daughter much taller that… the child was in such a distress after it and unhappy as she been always using bumpy cars and this time she been told to leave! I have paid full price as for child that is taller just to be told she can’t use stuff she wants and was using before I will add pictures if you guys don’t believe it… rudeness of the staff was also unacceptable child should come and enjoy not being made cry in there.
