On the last day of the Christmas school term my Daughter went to Flip out, Brent Cross. Whilst there one of the inflatables, hit her on both sides of her head and body. Smashed out a few of her ADULT TEETH, and caused head and body injuries. The day of the incident they didn't do any first aid, call emergency services NOTHING! The staff had to be asked for ice, asked if they had a cup or bag to put the teeth in and some milk. To which they responded with no and there's nothing that they can do. But one staff member suggested that my daughter should wait a little bit before going back on. I had to rush my daughter to an emergency dental hospital and she had to have an operation (while awake due to her head concussion) on her mouth and they tried to fix the teeth as best as possible. Then we had to go to the main hospital and she had to have 72 hours watch and care. She now has to go a minimum of once a month for checks for at least a year. I tried calling the centre and got passed around and handed over to the booking team. I finally received a call telling me that this was a very serious accident and the centre manager will be in contact. But yet I've heard NOTHING and I have left a message with my contact details.
