When it came time to sell our house, I actually looked at a lot of the businesses that give cash offers and FlipSplit really stood out. They sent their inspectors before even giving us an offer and they were so transparent about everything. I really appreciated that the price they quoted was exactly the price they paid And we could just pick the closing date at our convenience. A conventional sale will often involve a lot of back-and-forth and stress this was truly a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
