We came to Wakefield Floorstore as the previous carpet store we went into gave us some terrible customer service. The team at the Floorstore were really good, informative and gave us the information we asked for and the space for us to make decisions [without crowding, or pressuring us]. Scott, who we initially delt with when we first came in, was great, and we sought him out when we came in later to purchase. We helped us put our order together and organised a fitter to fulfil the order.
