The company was great to work with, from obtaining samples, to advice on my project, to ordering and delivery. Installation went well once I figured out how to tell when the edges were really properly seated. I think the instructions could be improved by some close-up photos of correct joints and some that are nearly, but not quite, correct, and with a better description of how the long edge of a new plank naturally rests at an angle that drops as the plank is tapped into place. It's now been about 4 months since I finished installing the flooring in two adjoining rooms, and we're very happy with it. I'll probably be ordering more in the future.
