The ordering process and shipping process were super easy. The square stair nose pieces are rocksolid and look great. My only two complaints are that the floors scratch fairly easily and there’s only about six or seven unique plank designs. Florette tries to double that by taking the same image and just reversing it on the plank. While that can kind of break up the repetition, it’s still noticeable that it’s the same pattern. We did our whole 2,000+ square-foot mountain house in the arbor color and it looks great.
