We purchased the Sutton Signature line. The floors are beautiful, the installer loved putting them in. He said it was one of the easiest installs he has done. After they were installed, we noticed 2 boards had slight imperfections. I contacted Flooret and within a week I had replacement boards. The imperfections were not visible unless you caught them in a certain light. I will be purchasing from Flooret for my future projects!
