I love Flooret! They gave excellent customer service at every step of our project, from ordering samples to ordering the floor, to delivery. The floor is an excellent value, offering extraordinary quality for a very reasonable price. The Facebook Flooring discussion group was a great place to learn about the competition and get questions answered. Seeing the customer service on that Facebook group when others had problems convinced me that we had made the right choice.
