Really fast shipping for the samples. Even though we looked at the images and used the room visualizer with our two options on different computers, we found that one of the colors appeared more pink in real life than the images showed. The samples selected (ordered 3 12” pieces of each) showed the variations in planks. Telephone customer service prior to ordering was excellent.
