We put Brenwick Signature in our 800 sq ft apartment that we are currently living in while building our house and renovating our rental house. After 9 months, it's still in great condition even with an 85 lb dog, and our dirty feet! We would have scratched up a real wood floor. Flooret has surpassed our expectancy in the bathroom and around the dog dish where water gets spilled. We also put it in our rental basement apartment, and in the new top floor bathroom.
