Great customer service, top-quality floors that are gorgeous (we purchased Nakan for our home and Sutton for an install we did at my parents. Both are beautiful)! Be sure to get a couple full length samples before choosing, this helped us tremendously as tones can look different in person than in pictures/videos. I would say this about any flooring from any company. Highly recommend!
