Floors look nice, install was fairly easy. The pieces are very heavy, so you need a big hammer to knock them into place. We were able to install our whole main level over the weekend with the help of a few friends. They have held up well over the past 4 months, despite a dog and toddler. I've noticed a few scratches from where our couch has been sitting, so will need to put protectors on the furniture feet. We get lots of compliments on how it looks. Biggest complaint: delivery. The delivery driver refused to back the truck into our driveway, and also refused to help me unload the pallets. I had to hand unpack the (very heavy) flooring boxes onto the street, then carry them up to the house. I was not anticipating this and did not have extra help to watch my daughter so I had to ask the neighbor to come over. NOT the service I would expect after paying $300 for delivery, and definitely left me feeling less than satisfied with Flooret. Overall, I would still recommend Flooret flooring, but am very disappointed with their delivery service.
