Much better realism than similarly priced big box store offerings. The tongue and groove seems pretty sturdy and has a good overlap. It's at least as tough to scratch as the name brands and any marks are less noticeable. Just wish there was an option between base and signature that wasn't as wide as signature but offered better specs than base. We'll probably go with base anyway because of the quality and price. Plus a 9 inch width seems like it would make our smaller rooms look narrower than they already are.
