My experience thus far is only of the cut samples and sample planks. After doing quite a bit of research into different flooring options and vinyl flooring in particular, I settled on Flooret as have the combination of specs I was looking for. Super thick wear layer, embossed in registry pattern, extra large planks, low/no gas emissions to name a few. The samples always came quickly (I ordered a couple different styles) and they are of the quality I expected/as advertised. The only problem I had was when I ordered two full plank samples and they arrived broken in half. I'm guessing that it was FedEx's mishandling that broke them. Regardless, I reached out to Flooret about the issue, and after providing some photos of the problem, sent out two new plank samples immediately, which arrived in perfect condition. I will also say, that due to lighting differences in my home versus the pictures online, my initial samples didn't quite look as expected. I don't think that is a fault of Flooret though as your computer screen, home and lighting all play into how it looks. My suggestion would be to order some cut samples as well as planks before committing to a large purchase so that you can see exactly how it will look in your space.
