The samples were beautiful, and very well packaged. I ordered 3 full sized planks on different colors. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 samples had chipped or broken edges at some point, where the planks should lock in. Despite being well packaged in car lard with padding. That makes me concerned about how many planks would be damaged in a full order.
