The quality of the tiles is very high. I've compared them to tiles from big box stores, luxury tile shops, and other online sellers and have found that I much prefer the colors and the overall look of the Flooret tiles. I'm also impressed by the wear layer being so high. Ultimately, we decided on the Base because we like the microbevels and the width of the planks best. The only snag we had is that we were sent mislabeled samples. I only realized it after receiving the full plank that looked different than the samples. Their customer service is very good. There were no hold times and texts were responded to within 30 minutes. They resent the samples at no cost and I received them within a couple days. My suggestion is to buy get all the samples you like and then get 2 full size planks to really make your decision.
