The samples I received came quickly and communication was clear and ample throughout the process. I have not purchased any flooring yet, so I cannot comment on the ordering, receiving processes or how the floors were to install and how they look, but so far a good experience with the company.
The last order of samples, however, they forgot a piece of the order.
