While the Flooret product worked out well in our space, customer service has been less than expected. The first issue occurred when a damaged box arrived. After an online back-and-forth with customer service, the person finally agreed to send us an undamaged box - which then arrived - eventually - undamaged.
We needed an additional shipment weeks later. I had to reach out to customer service to inquire about delivery and I received an ambiguous answer that the order would be going out shortly. Again, eventually, we received the shipment. The FedEx driver arrived with the four boxes- 50-pounds each. The driver lost handling of one of the boxes as he lifted them off the truck. The box was damaged, but flooring was OK -not damaged (Whew.)
Now, after reading the RETURN policy, I have emailed Flooret support three times inquiring how to potentially RETURN an unused/unopened box of flooring.
I have NOT received a RETURN AUTHORIZATION or any communication or acknowledgment of my return request.
