Terrible experience. Flooring arrived damaged. They are forcing us to ship back the flooring before we get refunded- easier said than done with having to strap them back to a pallet and organize pickup around winter weather conditions in the Northeast. I have zero desire to spend yet more time and energy in shipping back product they sent to me damaged. Extremely disappointed with this company on multiple levels.
