Updated review: Flooret reached out and was kind enough to resend samples so I appreciate their concern and customer service! Updated my review accordingly. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Samples were great but they arrived dirty and damaged - customer service reps were of no avail and I had to make my point several times before they realized how disappointing it was to receive samples that were blackened and on some parts I was not sure if it was dirty or part of the design which completely defeats the purpose of having samples. We are going to consider other flooring companies now because of this experience.
